Wanindu Hasaranga is a professional cricketer from Sri Lanka. He was born on July 29, 1997, in Galle, Sri Lanka. Hasaranga is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm leg-spin bowler. He has represented Sri Lanka in international cricket across all three formats - Test matches, One Day Internationals (ODIs), and Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is).

Hasaranga made his international debut for Sri Lanka in a T20I against Zimbabwe in July 2017.
