Rohit Sharma is a famous Indian batsman and the current captain of India's men’s cricket team in all formats. He was Born on April 30, 1987, in Nagpur, Rohit first represented India at the Under 19 Cricket World Cup in 2006. His achievements include winning the T20 World Cup in 2007 in South Africa and the ICC Champions Trophy in 2013 in England.
Rohit Sharma holds the world record for the highest individual score in ODIs. He scored 264 runs against Sri Lanka at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata in 2014. He was also the highest run-scorer in the Cricket World Cup 2019 in England and slammed 5 centuries - the most by any batter. Rohit won the inaugural edition of the T20 World Cup in 2007 in South Africa with India. He has also been a Finalist at the T20 World Cup in 2014 in Bangladesh.
