The news was imparted to everybody by the Kensington Palace through its official web based life account on Twitter.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will undertake an official visit to Pakistan this autumn, at the request of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.

The last Royals to ever visit Pakistan, more than thirteen years ago, were the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall in 2006. As soon as the news surfaced everywhere online and on every channel in Pakistan, Pakistanis were quick to extend a warm welcome to the Royals.
