Peshwar Pakistan will indeed have two Eids as the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) government on Monday declared it will formally observe Eidul Fitr today (Tuesday).
Commonplace Information Minister Shaukat Yousufzai said the main clergyman took the choice in light of a few moon-locating declarations got from over the territory.
He asserted that the administration had gotten various declarations of Shawwal moon locating from over the region, including from the ancestral locale. The central pastor and the senator will offer Eid petitions at the Governor House, he included.
Meanwhile, the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee will meet in Karachi today for sighting of the Shawwal moon.
The federal government has already announced that according to predictions of the meteorological department, the Shawwal moon will be sighted in the country on Tuesday, June 4, and Eid will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 5.
