Kyle Mayers is a cricketer from Barbados who represents the West Indies cricket team in all forms of the game. He was born in Bridgetown, Barbados, on September 8, 1992. In a remarkable Test debut in February 2021, Mayers scored an unbeaten 210 runs. He also played for the West Indies under-19 squad in the 2012 ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup. Interestingly, his father, Shirley Clarke, also had a career in first-class cricket.

In 2019, Kyle Mayers played for Barbados in the Regional Super50 tournament and also participated in the US Open in Florida. He scored his first century in first-class cricket in January 2020.

In 2020, he was named as a reserve player in the West Indies' Test squad for a series against England. He joined the Barbados Tridents in the 2020 Caribbean Premier League.

Mayers made his T20I debut for the West Indies in November 2020 against New Zealand. He later debuted in One Day Internationals (ODIs) and Tests for the West Indies in 2021. On his Test debut, he made history by scoring an impressive double-century, helping the West Indies win a challenging match. He was also awarded a red-ball central contract in May 2021.

In 2022, Mayers was picked by the Lucknow Super Giants in the Indian Premier League (IPL) auction. He made his IPL debut in April 2023, scoring 73 runs off 38 balls and taking a wicket.

In March 2022, Mayers achieved a milestone in Test cricket by taking his first five-wicket haul against England. He continued to shine in One Day Internationals, scoring centuries against the Netherlands and New Zealand.
