Saudi Arabia Is Opening First Halal Night Club

Saudi Arabia country has announced that it will open the world’s first ever ‘halal’ nightclub called WHITE in the coastal city of Jeddah, and as you may have guessed, this announcement doesn’t sit well with the citizens – especially the conservatives.Saudi Arabia is known for its conservative brand of Islam and the two holiest cities Mecca and Medina. The Middle East nation has desert, sandstorm and camel.

And so, the establishment of halal nightclub comes as a surprise.

Dubai and Beirut nightclub brand White will open as a high-end café and lounge in Jeddah, according to the CEO of Addmind Hospitality Group.

Among the Muslim countries, when it comes to following pure Arab and Islamic principles and regulations, Saudi Arabia always tops the chart. Highly influenced by the traditional and conservative religious aspect, Arab society is generally keeping the Islamic virtues aligned. Punishing someone who has committed a crime or penalizing anyone breaking a rule, the Saudi government shows no leniency.

Since King Salman’s son Mohammad Bin Salman Al Saud, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia has taken over the Prime Minister office in 2017, many huge differences have been seen within the country. Major changes that were witnessed include women driving cars being declared legal and some time back cinemas were also reopened by the Saudi government. This sparked a debate among the masses and people considered it a part of country development.

The upcoming high-end café and lounge WHITE will open along the Jeddah Waterfront and will house various genres of music catering to different tastes. Fans of EDM, commercial music, RnB, and hip-hop will most likely enjoy the place.

A Dance floor will occupy some space at the upcoming lounge, and is open to both men and women.
