Zarina Wahab is an Indian actress. She was born on July 17, 1956, in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. Zarina predominantly worked in Hindi and Malayalam films and also works in leading and supporting roles in Hindi and Malayalam films. As an actor, he gained enormous popularity in India, and he build a lot of popularity in the best Supporting roles in Hindi movies and Television Show.
She is known for her best role in Chitchor and Gopal Krishna in Hindi and Malayalam cinema with films like Madanolsavam, Chamaram, Palangal, and Adaminte Makan Abu.
As a result of Raj Kapoor’s negative feedback about her appearance, Wahab worked on her appearance and attended film parties and events. After her first leading role in Basu Chatterjee’s Chit Chor (1976), she was cast as a middle-class girl in movies such as Agar, Jazbaat, Sawan Ko Aane Do, and Raees Zada.
In 1977, she was nominated for a Filmfare Award in the Best Actress category for Gharonda (1977. She has acted in many Malayalam, Telugu, and Tamil films. The actor made a comeback to Malayalam films in 2009 with Calendar.
She also starred in My Name Is Khan as Rizwan Khan’s mother (Shah Rukh Khan’s character). Wahab currently plays older roles in television serials.
Zarina belongs to a Muslim family her parent’s name is not known but also has three sisters and one brother. Zarina married Aditya Pancholi 1986 who is an Indian actor and producer she has one son Sooraj Pancholi who is an Indian actor and model and also her one daughter name is Sana.
