Yogi Babu is a famous Indian Tamil actor and stand-up comedian. He was born on July 22 1985 in Arani, Tamil Nadu, India. He has impressed fans with his comedy, and his also known for playing many supporting and comedy roles as an actor in the Tamil film industry. Indian Actor Yogi Babu will also be starring in the upcoming film Let’s Get Married (2023).
He is also known for playing roles in the movies Aandavan Kattalai (2016), Kolamavu Kokila (2018), Pariyerum Perumal (2018), and Ayalaan (2023), which gained enormous popularity in the Tamil film industry.
He began his career as a comedian and was approached by Ram Bala who featured him in his television series “Lollu Sabha”. A few days later, Ram Bala asked Yogi Babu if he wanted to work as a film actor, and after his affirmative answer, he introduced Yogi Babu as a novice artist.
His debut film “Ameer” was released in 2009, and he also appeared in “Paiyaa” as a goon. He earned enormous acclaim for his performance in Sunder C. S’s Kalakalappu in 2012. His first appearance as a comedian was in the 2013 film “Pattathu Yaanai”.
In addition, he appeared in Bollywood movies, such as “Chennai Express”, in which he starred alongside Shahrukh Khan. In 2014, he rose to fame for his comedy performance in “Maan Karate” and also enthralled viewers with his much-appreciated performance “Yaamirukka Bayamey”.
In 2015, he appeared in “Kaaka Muttai”, “Kirumi”, and others. His role in the movie “Aandavan Kattalai” won him critical acclaim. Yogi Babu worked in more than 20 films.
Yogi Babu’s father’s name is Srinivasan Babu he was a havildar in the Indian Army and his mother and siblings’ names are not known but also, he got married to Manju Bhargavi the couple has not had any child.
