In 2015, Y. Ravi Shankar made his debut with the Telugu-language action drama film ‘Srimanthudu.’ The film follows a multi-millionaire man named Harsha who adopts a village in an attempt to fill the void in his life and makes effort to improve the standard of living of the local people. Immensely appreciated, the film earned Mythri Movie Makers the award for “Best Popular Film” at the 2016 Nandi Awards. The production house’s second venture, ‘Janatha Garage’ (2016).

In 2018, Mythri Movie Makers produced the Telugu-language period action-drama film ‘Rangasthalam in 1985.
