Shaan Shahid is a Famous Pakistani Actor, Director, Writer, Model, and Host. He was born on April 27 1971 in Lahore, Pakistan. Shan is a Multi-talented actor already appeared in more than 500 movies in his career. Since 1990, he has been spreading a glimpse into the showbiz industry of Pakistan.
Shaan Shahid established his name in the media arena strongly and won several prestigious awards including National Film Award, ARY Film Award, and Lux Style Award.
Shaan began his movie career in 1990 with the movie ‘Bulandi’ with co-star Reema Khan, just after returning to Pakistan at the age of 19.
He appeared in more than 100 Urdu and Punjabi films and is considered one of Pakistan’s most influential actors. With the movie ‘Majajan’ with Samia in 2006, he returns to the media arena after a long break.
In the following year, he starred in the movie ‘Khuda Ke Liye’ alongside Fawad Khan and Iman Ali. In 2009, Shaan co-starred with Noor Bukhari in the Punjabi language blockbuster ‘Zill-e-Shah’. He then starred in the action thriller movie ‘Waar‘ with Shamoon Abbasi in 2013. In the following year, he appeared in the spy thriller movie ‘O21’ alongside Aamina Sheikh and Shamoon Abbasi.
Shaan Shahid’s directorial debut in 1999 was Guns and Roses – Ik Junoon, where he starred with Resham. He starred with Saima and Abid Ali in the blockbuster movie Moosa Khan that year. He signed with sensational actress Juggan Kazim for three movies, one of which is called ‘Chup’. Shaan is starring in a movie with Juggan Kazim called Mission Allahu Akbar, but it hasn’t been released yet.

Shaan’s father Riaz Shahid was a movie director and writer who wrote several hit movies such as Yeh Aman, Frangi, and Zarqa while his mother Neelo served as a film, theatre, and television actress and belonged to the Christian religion. Shaan himself is practicing Islam. He married Amina Shaan. They have four daughters: Bahisht-i-Bareen Shaan Shahid, Shah Bano Shahid, Fatima Shahid, and Raanay Shahid.
