Radha Krishna Jagarlamudi is a South Indian director and writer. He was born on 10 November 1978 in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India. He gained a lot of popularity as is known for Gabbar Is Back (2015) Kanche (2015), Vedam (2010), and Gamyam (2008).
Krish made his directorial debut with the 2008 Telugu film “Gamyam,” starring Allari Naresh, Sharwanand, and Kamalinee Mukherjee. The film was produced by his father his brother-in-law, Bibo Srinivas, and his friend Rajiv Reddy. The film was a big hit at the box office.
He directed many commercially hit Telugu films such as ‘Vedam’ 2010, ‘Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum’ (2012), ‘Kanche’ (2015), and ‘Gautamiputra Satakarni’ (2017). He made his Tamil debut with the 2011 film “Vaanam,” which turned out to be a blockbuster at the box office.
He made his Bollywood debut with the 2015 film “Gabbar is Back” under Sanjay Leela Bhansali‘s production, starring Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor, and Shruti Haasan.
He was credited for the co-direction of the film “Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi” (2019) starring and co-directed by Kangana Ranaut. His next project is Hari Hara Veera Mallu (2023) who is his director in the movie.
Krish’s father, Saibabu Jagarlamudi was a film producer. His mother’s name is Anjana Devi. He has a sister named Suhasini and a brother named Ramana.
Krishna got married to Ramya Velaga (doctor) on 7 August 2016 at The Golkonda Resorts in Hyderabad. Things did not go well between the couple, and they filed for a divorce in 2018. He was rumored to be in a relationship with the actress Pragya Jaiswal.
