Prosit Roy is an popular Indian film director, producer and screenwriter. He was born in Kolkata, India. The actor, Prosit Roy is best known for his Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na (2008), Ek Thi Daayan (2013), All Is Well (2015), Phillauri (2017) and Pari (2018). The talented director, Prosit made his feature directorial debut with the 2018 horror film Pari, starring Anushka Sharma and Parambrata Chatterjee. Pari, co-written by Prosit, was produced by Clean Slate Films and garnered massive appreciation for its authentic horror elements. He has also directed ad films for well-known brands like Amazon and P&G’s Pampers.
