Nirmal Rishi is an Indian Punjabi film and television actress. She was born on August 28, 1943, in Bathinda, India. Her most memorable role was as Gulabo Maasi in Long Da Lishkara (1983). Her most notable Punjabi movies include Nikka Zaildar, Nikka Zaildar 2, Long Da Lishkara, Annhi Dea Mazaak Ae (2023), LehmberGinni (2023), Carry on Jattiye (2024) and Lambran da Laana (2024).

There were more than 60 films in which she acted, including Long Da Lishkara (1983), Ucha Dar Babe Nanak Da (1985), Diva Bale Sari Raat, Suneha, Love Punjab (2015), Death on Wheels, Woman from the East, Nikka Zaildar (2016), Angrej (2015), Lahoriye (2017), and Nikka Zaildar 2 (2017), as well as a friendly appearance in Dangal (2016).
