Meri Saas Bhoot Hai storyline of the show will be around the mother-in-law (played by Sushmita Mukherjee) who will be a ghost troubling her daughter-in-law. Kajal Chauhan of Molkki fame will play the lead role of the daughter-in-law of the ghost mother-in-law who wanted a good mother but got a ghost in return.
