Korean actors Kim Young Kwang and Kim Nam Gil part of upcoming action thriller New Netflix k-drama Trigger. The upcoming K-drama director Kwon Oh Seung, the same director who created the movie Midnight led by Jin Ki Joo, Wi Ha Joon, Park Hoon, Kil Hae Yeon, Kim Hye Yoon, and Jung Won Chang.
Trigger Netflix Kdrama will depict the story of two men trying to control the situation after illegal firearms are suddenly readily available in South Korea, a gun-free country. Different gun-related crimes suddenly emerged after it happened.
Confirming Trigger’s production, Netflix on 25 October dropped the posters of the two stars on Instagram. The announcement has sent K-drama lovers into a frenzy as they eagerly wait for the release of Trigger. Directed by Kwon Oh Seung, the much-anticipated series is scheduled to premiere on Netflix in 2025.
Korean talented actor Kim Nam Gil will portray the role of Lee Do. He is a former soldier who served as a sniper. He works as a police officer who searches for the source of illegal firearms at the center of a series of gun incidents. This will be the second Netflix original K-drama of Kim Nam Gil. This year, the actor led the series Song of the Bandits with Girls Generation’s Seo Hyun, Yoo Jae Myung, Lee Hyun Wook, Lee Ho Jung, and Lee Jae Kyoon.
Kim Young Kwang is currently starring in the mystery thriller K-drama Evilive with Shin Ha Kyun, Shin Jae Ha, Bae Na Ra, Park Sang Won, and Choi Yoo Ha.
