His father is a very simple man, who is a landlord by profession while his mother is a housewife. He is the eldest of his three siblings. Adnan has two younger brothers and a younger sister. In 2019, Adnan Samad Khan made his acting debut. His first drama was Ehd e Wafa, In which he played the role of Gulzar with Ahad Raza Mir. Before that, He associated with the theater and acted in many shows. Most recently, He appeared in the drama Ishq e Laa with Yumna Ziadi.
