Visit Azerbaijan from Pakistan

Pakistani citizens holding ordinary passports must apply for a visit visa before traveling to Azerbaijan for tourism purposes. Without a valid visa, entry into Azerbaijan is not allowed.

Azerbaijan has become a popular travel destination for tourists from all over the world. Every year, thousands of visitors are drawn to the country because of its beautiful mix of culture, nature, and history.

The capital city, Baku, is one of the main highlights. It is a lively and modern city that still holds on to its rich historical charm. In Baku, tourists can explore the famous Old City (Icherisheher), which is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You can also admire the futuristic Flame Towers, take relaxing walks along the Caspian Sea Boulevard, and enjoy traditional Azerbaijani food and hospitality.

E-Visa Facility for Pakistanis

To make the visa process easier, the Azerbaijani government has introduced an online visa system known as “ASAN Visa.” Through this service, Pakistani nationals can apply for an e-visit visa from the comfort of their home.

This e-visa allows tourists to enter and travel within Azerbaijan and is valid for 90 days. However, visitors are allowed to stay up to 30 days during this period. Please note, the e-visa is only a permit to enter and travel in the country. In some cases, entry may still be refused under the rules set by Azerbaijan’s Migration Code (for example, if someone has previously violated visa rules).
