Eligibility Criteria:

Assistant Professor (BPS-19)

Open positions are available for Assistant Professors in the following departments:

Eligibility Criteria:

A Ph.D. in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized university is required.
Candidates holding an LLM or equivalent degree must have at least 6 years of teaching or research experience.
Candidates with an LLB (First Class) must possess 4 years of teaching or research experience.

Application Process and Fee Details

All applicants are required to submit their applications online through the University of Malakand’s official job portal.

Application Fee Structure:

Professor & Associate Professor: Rs. 11,000 (Processing fee: Rs. 5,000 + Publication evaluation fee: Rs. 6,000)
Assistant Professor: Rs. 5,000 (Non-refundable)

The application fee must be deposited in the National Bank of Pakistan, University of Malakand account (PK84NBPA1990003066927027). A copy of the original deposit slip must be attached to the application.

Submission of Required Documents

Applicants must submit the following documents along with their online application:

Professor & Associate Professor: All research publications must be uploaded as a single PDF file, and four hard copies of the publications must be submitted for evaluation.
Assistant Professor: Relevant academic and experience certificates must be uploaded.
Tourism and Hotel Management Candidates: If graduates in this field are not available, applicants with degrees in Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, or Archaeology will be considered.

Additional Terms and Conditions

Employees working in Government or Semi-Government organizations must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.
Applicants with foreign degrees must submit an equivalency certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC).
The university follows the CP Fund policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for fresh appointments.
Candidates applying for the Assistant Professor position will be required to appear in a screening test conducted by ETEA.
Age limit: Applicants must be between 18 to 45 years.
No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews.
