Subhranshu Senapati is an Indian cricketer who plays as a middle-order batsman. He was born on December 30, 1996, in Kendujhar, Odisha, India. He bats right-handed and bowls right-arm medium. He represents the team Odisha Cricket team and Chennai Super Kings under the captaincy of MS Dhoni he was bought by the CSK for 2 million Indian rupees.

Subhranshu Senapati's father’s name is Pradeep Senapati. He did his schooling from Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir (SSVM). He used to work in the Indian Audit and Accounts Service. He has one sister and one younger brother.

Subhranshu Senapati started playing first-class cricket for Odisha in the 2016–17 Ranji Trophy on October 6, 2016. He made his debut in Twenty20 cricket for Odisha in the 2016–17 Inter-State Twenty-20 Tournament on February 3, 2017, and his List A debut in the 2016–17 Vijay Hazare Trophy on February 25, 2017.

Senapati was the top run-scorer for Odisha, amassing 427 runs in six matches in the 2017–18 Ranji Trophy, He continued his good form in the 2018–19 Ranji Trophy, once again being the leading run-scorer for Odisha with 617 runs in nine matches. he was picked up by the Chennai Super Kings in the auction for the 2022 Indian Premier League in February 2022.
