Sindh Govt Scholarships Announced – Check Eligibility & Apply Online

The Government of Sindh, through the Sindh Educational Endowment Fund (SEEF) Trust, is now offering scholarships for the academic year 2024–2025. These scholarships are designed to help bright and deserving students from low-income families continue their higher education at recognized public or private universities in Sindh.

What Does the Scholarships Cover?

The SEEF Scholarships will pay 100% of your tuition fees for one academic year.

It is available for students who are enrolled in one of the following fields of study at a university approved by the SEEF Trust:

Eligible Degree Programs:

• Medical: MBBS, BDS, DPT, B. Pharmacy/D. Pharmacy, BS Nursing (4-year program)
• Engineering: All branches of engineering
• Agriculture Engineering
• Veterinary Medicine: DVM
• Social Sciences
• Business Administration
• Law: LLB (5-year program)
• Information Technology

Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)

To apply for the SEEF Scholarship, you must:

1. Be a domicile holder and permanent resident of Sindh.
2. Be enrolled in a university or college listed on the SEEF Trust Panel for 2024–2025.
3. Have a minimum GPA of 2.5 or at least 60% marks in your last examination.
4. Provide income verification documents:
   • Parents’ income certificate from the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
   • Government employees must submit salary slips.
5. Make sure your family’s income fits within the income groups set by SEEF.

Group C	1,500,001 – 2,500,000	10%
Group D	2,500,001 and above	10%

Special Quotas (Reserved Seats)

SEEF also provides special consideration to certain student categories:

• 86% of scholarships for poor and meritorious students
• 2% for students with special needs
• 2% for minority students
• 5% for orphans
• 5% for children of Sindh Government employees

Who Cannot Apply (Ineligibility Criteria)

You will not be eligible for the scholarship if:

• You are studying at a university not listed on the SEEF Trust Panel.
• You are enrolled under a self-financing or foreign exchange program.
• You are already receiving another scholarship.
• You submit incomplete or fake documents.
• Your GPA or percentage is below the required level.
