Poco is gearing up to launch its much-awaited flagship smartphones, the Poco F7 Pro and Poco F7 Ultra, worldwide on March 27, 2025. These new models promise major upgrades in hardware and software, offering better performance, improved cameras, and stronger battery life.

Recent leaks suggest that these devices could be global versions of the Chinese Redmi K80 series. However, there is no official confirmation about their availability in Pakistan, leaving potential buyers uncertain.

Poco F7 Pro: Features and Specifications

The Poco F7 Pro will come with a 6.67-inch AMOLED display, offering a high resolution of 3,200 x 1,440 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. This ensures smooth visuals, vibrant colors, and sharp details. With a pixel density of 526 PPI, the screen will provide crystal-clear images, whether for everyday use or watching videos.

Under the hood, the F7 Pro will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, which is a step up from the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 used in the Poco F6 Pro. This means better performance and efficiency for users who multitask or enjoy mobile gaming.

The phone will offer two storage options: 256GB and 512GB, both paired with 12GB of RAM. In terms of cameras, the Poco F7 Pro will feature a dual-camera system with a 50MP primary sensor supported by Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and an 8MP secondary sensor. For selfie lovers, the phone will come with a 20MP front camera.

One of its key highlights is its 6,000mAh battery, which supports 90W fast charging. While this is slightly lower than the 120W charging speed of its predecessor, it still ensures quick recharging. The device will run on Android 15-based HyperOS 2, offering the latest software enhancements. Additionally, the Poco F7 Pro is expected to have an IP68 certification, making it resistant to dust and water.

The Poco F7 Ultra will also have a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 3,200 x 1,440 pixels. However, what sets it apart is its powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, designed to handle high-performance tasks like gaming and multitasking smoothly.

Its camera setup will be more advanced, featuring a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, a 50MP telephoto lens with OIS for zooming, and a 32MP ultra-wide-angle lens for capturing broader shots. The front camera will also be impressive, with a 32MP sensor for high-quality selfies.

The Poco F7 Ultra will pack a 5,300mAh battery with 120W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging. Like the F7 Pro, it will operate on Android 15-based HyperOS 2 and have an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. The phone will be available in two storage variants: 12GB RAM with 256GB storage and 16GB RAM with 512GB storage.

Pricing and Availability

The Poco F7 Pro is expected to be priced at EUR 599 (around PKR 183,000), while the Poco F7 Ultra will be priced at EUR 749 (around PKR 229,000). Although the global release is set for March 27, 2025, there is still no official word on whether these models will be available in Pakistan.

Both the Poco F7 Pro and F7 Ultra are designed to offer top-tier performance, improved camera capabilities, and long-lasting battery life at competitive prices. With these features, the Poco F7 series will likely compete with other flagship smartphones in 2025, making them a strong choice for tech enthusiasts.
