NADRA Goes Digital: Parents Can Now Get B-Form Without Visiting Centers

Now, parents can easily get their child’s B-Form (Child Registration Certificate) without visiting any NADRA office. This new service has made the process simple and fully digital, allowing families to apply from the comfort of their homes.

According to the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), a citizen recently asked whether the B-Form created through the Pak ID mobile app would be delivered to their home address or needed to be printed manually.

In response, NADRA officials clarified that when you apply for the B-Form using the Pak ID mobile application, the form will be available directly inside the app. Once the application is approved and the form is issued, users can simply tap on the PDF icon next to their tracking ID. This will open the Family Registration Certificate (FRC) in their mobile wallet ID.

After the form appears in the wallet, users can download or print it anytime they wish, without needing to visit a NADRA center. This makes the process quick, paperless, and convenient for everyone.

To further improve accessibility, NADRA has released an updated version of its app, called Pak Identity version 5.0.4. This latest update introduces several new features designed to make registration and verification services more user-friendly. With these changes, citizens no longer need to stand in long queues or book appointments for basic services like data updates.

One of the most useful new features is the ability to update your mobile number and email address directly through the app. This ensures that your NADRA profile always stays up to date and connected to your current contact information.

How to Update Your Mobile Number

Updating your mobile number is quick and easy. Simply:

1. Open the Pak ID app (latest version).
2. Go to Profile Settings.
3. Select ‘Edit Mobile’.
4. Enter your new mobile number.
5. A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your new number.
6. Enter the OTP for verification.

Once verified, your new number will be successfully updated in NADRA’s system.
