Cricket lovers across Pakistan can now get ready to experience an exciting cricket season at home, as the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially revealed the ticketing details for the much-awaited two-match Test series against South Africa. The announcement has brought joy to fans who are eager to support the national team live from the stands.
Free Entry for Most Sections
To make the event more accessible for everyone, the PCB has taken a fan-friendly initiative by offering free entry for all General, First-Class, Premium, and VIP enclosures at both venues. This means that most spectators will not have to pay any fee to enjoy the thrilling matches in Lahore and Rawalpindi.
Only a limited number of VIP and Gallery enclosures will require paid tickets, making this one of the most affordable international cricket series for Pakistani fans. The idea behind this initiative is to encourage families, students, and cricket enthusiasts from all walks of life to come together and cheer for the team.
Ticket sales officially go live today (Tuesday) at 5 PM, giving fans plenty of time to secure their seats before the action begins.

How and Where to Buy Tickets
Fans can purchase tickets in two easy ways — online or in person.
1. Online Purchase:
Tickets can be bought through the PCB’s official ticketing website. Once the sale goes live, fans can visit the official PCB portal, choose their preferred venue, match, and enclosure, and complete their purchase using a debit/credit card or mobile wallet. After purchasing, fans will receive an e-ticket via email or SMS, which can be scanned at the stadium gate for entry.
2. Physical Tickets:
For those who prefer physical tickets, the PCB has partnered with TCS Express Centres nationwide. Physical ticket sales will begin from Thursday, October 8. Fans can visit their nearest TCS Centre, select their desired match and stand, and purchase tickets directly. A printed ticket will be issued immediately, which can be used for stadium entry.
To avoid last-minute rush or ticket shortages, fans are advised to buy early and keep their CNIC when visiting TCS outlets, as identification may be required for ticket verification.
PCB’s Message to the Fans
The PCB has urged cricket fans to take full advantage of the affordable prices and free entry policy. The board hopes to see packed stadiums and an electric atmosphere during the series, as Pakistan faces South Africa in what promises to be a thrilling cricket battle.
This initiative reflects PCB’s ongoing commitment to make cricket accessible for everyone and to revive the culture of live match attendance across the country. By offering free entry and easy ticketing options, the board aims to unite fans under one banner — the love of cricket.
