The Youth Empowerment Forum (YEF) 2025 is officially accepting applications from young, ambitious individuals all over the world! This powerful, four-day leadership event will be held in the beautiful city of Geneva, Switzerland, from September 4 to September 7, 2025.
If you’re passionate about youth leadership, global issues, and sustainable development, this is the perfect opportunity to grow, learn, and connect with inspiring changemakers from different backgrounds and cultures.
Who Is Organizing the Forum?
The event is organized by the Center for Global Dialogue and Leadership (CGDL), an international organization that works to build strong, ethical, and future-ready leaders. The forum is designed to support two important global strategies:
- The EU Youth Strategy 2019–2027, which focuses on empowering young people to be active citizens.
- The UN Youth2030 Strategy, which aims to make sure youth are engaged in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Together, these strategies emphasize the need for inclusion, collaboration, and global understanding—all values that YEF 2025 strongly supports.

This forum is open to people of all nationalities, aged 16 to 46. You don’t need to have perfect English, international experience, or even a university degree to apply. What’s most important is your passion for change.
