Experience Requirements
To be considered for these prestigious positions, candidates must meet the following experience criteria:
- A minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience in procurement and contract management.
- At least 3 years of specialized experience in digital ICT procurement, covering areas such as Data Centre procurements and IT network solutions, including both hardware and software components.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working on World Bank-funded procurement projects, including contracts management for large-scale initiatives.
- Practical knowledge of post-contract activities, such as dispute resolution, compliance monitoring, and vendor management.
- Proficiency in using the World Bank Systematic Tracking Exchanges in Procurement (STEP) system or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools relevant to procurement management.
- Professional certifications in Procurement or Contract Management will be considered an added advantage.
Essential Skills and Competencies
