FBISE announced Fee Structure for HSSC 2nd Annual Examinations

The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) has officially announced the complete schedule and fee structure for the submission of admission forms for the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) 2nd Annual Examinations 2025. These exams cover various categories including Medical Technologies, Inter Tech, and IUASM.

This announcement is important for all students who could not appear in the first annual exams, those who want to improve their previous marks, or students who have compartment cases and now wish to clear their subjects.

Admission Form Submission Schedule

The board has provided clear deadlines to make the process easier for students. Candidates must follow the given timeline strictly to avoid paying extra charges:

  • Normal Fee Submission: Forms can be submitted with a regular fee up to October 6, 2025.
  • Double Fee Submission: For late applicants, forms can still be submitted with double fee charges from October 7 to October 13, 2025.
  • Triple Fee Submission: The last chance to submit forms will be from October 14 to October 20, 2025, but this will require payment of triple fee charges.

The board has strongly advised students to submit their forms during the normal fee window to avoid unnecessary financial burden.

Examination Fee Structure

FBISE has issued a detailed fee structure for different categories of candidates. The fees vary depending on whether the student is a Regular Candidate / Registered with IBCC or a Non-Registered IBCC Case.

  1. HSSC (Medical Tech-I), Inter Tech-I, IUASM-I
    • Regular / Registered IBCC: Rs. 2,700
    • Non-Registered IBCC: Rs. 4,200
  2. HSSC (Medical Tech-II), Inter Tech-II, IUASM-II
    • Regular / Registered IBCC: Rs. 2,700
    • Non-Registered IBCC: Rs. 4,200
  3. HSSC (Medical Tech I & II, Inter Tech I & II, IUASM I & II)
    • Regular / Registered IBCC: Rs. 5,400
    • Non-Registered IBCC: Rs. 6,900

This structure ensures that students have clarity about their required payments before applying.

Who Can Apply?

According to the notification, the following categories of students are eligible for the HSSC 2nd Annual Exams 2025:

  • Students who missed their 1st Annual Exams.
  • Students who wish to improve their marks in one or more subjects.
  • Students who have compartment cases and want to reappear.

This gives all candidates a fair opportunity to complete or improve their qualifications without waiting for the next academic year.
