Zainab worked in many drama serials. she came into the limelight after the success of the drama Riyasat. She started her career as a model. She attends many fashion shows and walked on-ramp.
She awarded with Lux Style Awards for being the best model of the year and was also awarded the Most Stylish TV Actress Award in the Indus Style Awards (2006). Her film debut was as a cameo in Sultanat (2014) and as a lawyer in Jawani Phir Nahi Aani (2015).
