Uttej is a South Indian actor and screenwriter, He was born on 15 August 1975 in Telangana, India. Uttej has worked in the Tollywood entertainment industry as a writer and actor and his artwork has been released in Telugu and Hindi language movies and web series.
Uttej is known for Khadgam (2002), Raat (1992) and Anaganaga Oka Roju (1997).Uttej was introduced to the film industry in 1989 by Ram Gopal Verma in the film Siva which helped him scale new heights.
