TikToker Sana Yousaf Murder Case Latest Updates

The TikToker Sana Yousaf murder case continues to move forward in court, and a new decision has just been announced. A major development came during a hearing in the District and Sessions Court, Islamabad, regarding the car used in the crime. The court has rejected the request for the vehicle’s custody (supardari), which was filed by the car’s owner.

During the hearing, the car owner stated that he had no connection with the crime and was not involved in the case in any way. According to him, he had only given the car on rent and should not be held responsible. He also claimed that neither he nor the driver of the car was nominated or wanted in the case. Based on these arguments, he requested the court to return the car.

However, police officials told the court that the vehicle in question was used by accused Umar Hayat both before and after the murder of TikToker Sana Yousaf. They further added that the car had been recovered based on Umar Hayat’s own statement and identification. This made the vehicle an important piece of evidence in the investigation.

The police also revealed that the car owner had failed to submit any valid rental agreement or CCTV footage related to the vehicle. Moreover, both the car owner and the driver are still required as witnesses in the ongoing investigation. Due to this, the police opposed the return of the car.

After hearing both sides, the court decided to reject the application for supardari, allowing the police to retain the car as evidence in the ongoing murder investigation.

This latest development in the TikToker Sana Yousaf murder case shows that the court is treating all aspects of the case seriously. The investigation is still ongoing, and authorities are trying to uncover all details to ensure justice is served.
