Surjyasikha Das is a talented actor from Assam, India, who discovered her love for performing arts at an early age. She completed her schooling at St. Mary’s Convent in Guwahati, a reputed institution known for its academic and holistic development. Her higher education journey took her to Cotton College, one of Assam’s premier institutions, followed by further studies in Bangalore, where she embraced new cultures and broadened her horizons.
Coming from a family with a strong academic background, Surjyasikha is the youngest of three siblings. Her mother, a retired government employee, instilled values of discipline and dedication, while her elder sisters have established careers in academia and medicine. Alongside her academic pursuits, Surjyasikha trained in Bharatnatyam, freestyle dance, and Hindustani Classical Music from Bhatkhande, Lucknow. She also excelled in co-curricular activities and sports during her school and college years, nurturing her multifaceted talents.
Though acting had always been her childhood dream, Surjyasikha prioritized education, earning an MBA in Finance from Christ University. However, her passion for acting eventually led her to start auditioning in 2019. Her breakthrough came with a TV commercial for IndusInd Bank directed by Ruchi Narain in April 2019. Since then, she has steadily built her career in the entertainment industry, showcasing her versatility and dedication as a performer.
