Ryan Mann, born Ryan Williams on July 26, 1993, is a British screen actor, voice actor, and Shakespeare lecturer. He began his career at just sixteen, landing small roles in notable productions such as Skins, The Inbetweeners Movie, and Da Vinci’s Demons. He later refined his craft at The Arts University Bournemouth, where he graduated in 2016. Since then, Ryan has steadily built a diverse acting résumé across film and television.
His recent screen credits include roles in high-profile projects such as Top Secret, Ridley Scott’s Napoleon, George Clooney’s The Boys in the Boat, Netflix’s Queen Charlotte, ITV’s Endeavour, BBC’s The Gold, and Sister Boniface. Alongside his screen work, Ryan is an in-demand voice actor, regularly lending his voice to audiobooks, commercials, and radio projects.
Beyond acting, Ryan lectures on Shakespearean performance and analysis, teaching students aged fourteen and up both online and in-person. Drawing from his own experiences with bullying and dyslexia, he channels those challenges into his performances, using them to inform his characters with emotional depth and authenticity.
