Park Dan-Hee is a South Korean director, He was born on 5th February 1988 in South Korea. He gained recognition with the 2020 web series Ending Again, which delved into the complexities of modern relationships. In 2021, Park directed Blue Birthday, a fantasy-romance thriller where a woman revisits the past through mysterious photographs to uncover the truth behind her first love’s death. The series was well-received, leading to a theatrical release in 2022.
That same year, Park co-directed Weak Hero Class 1, a gritty coming-of-age action drama based on a popular webtoon. The series, praised for its intense storytelling and realistic portrayal of school violence, premiered at the Busan International Film Festival and was released on Wavve in November 2022. Its success led to a second season, which debuted on Netflix in April 2025.
