am Brady is an American writer and producer renowned for her long-standing collaborations with South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone. She met the duo while working at the Fox Broadcasting Company, where she pitched the idea of developing a weekly version of their cult student film Cannibal! The Musical. Although their initial project, Time Warped, never came to fruition, it laid the foundation for their future collaboration on South Park. Brady joined the iconic animated series as a writer and even appeared in the show as the live-action fiancée of Mr. Adler in the episode “Tweek vs. Craig”.
After leaving South Park in its fourth season, Brady shifted her focus to film and other television ventures. She co-wrote the cult satirical film Team America: World Police (2004), another project with Parker and Stone. In 2010, she ventured into animation again as the creator of Neighbors from Hell, a horror-inspired series that aired on TBS. Her creative footprint also includes The Loop, a short-lived sitcom, and various consulting roles on South Park even after her official departure.
Brady continued to make waves in the television world with more recent work, including Lady Dynamite, a Netflix comedy starring Maria Bamford, created in collaboration with Arrested Development’s Mitch Hurwitz. Her latest project is the animated series #1 Happy Family USA, co-created with Ramy Youssef and produced by A24 for Amazon Prime Video, showcasing her continued innovation in both animated and live-action storytelling.
