Noh Hee-kyung (노희경) is a South Korean television screenwriter and essayist. He was born on 21st March 1966 in Hamyang County, South Gyeongsang, South Korea. Noh Hee-kyung is one of South Korea’s most respected and influential television screenwriters, celebrated for her emotionally rich narratives and deep character studies. She gained widespread acclaim with That Winter, the Wind Blows (2013), a melodrama praised for its poetic storytelling and strong performances. In 2014, she further solidified her reputation with It’s Okay, That’s Love, a groundbreaking series that tackled mental illness and stigma with honesty and compassion.
