Ramesh, and gained early visibility with a small role alongside Kamal Haasan in Vasool Raja MBBS. He then appeared in Ji (2005), a film featuring Ajith Kumar and directed by N. Linguswamy. These initial roles helped him establish a foothold in the industry.

A notable shift in Nithin Sathya’s career came with his performance as a psychopathic villain in Satham Podathey (2007), a psychological thriller directed by Vasanth. His portrayal was critically acclaimed, showcasing his range as an actor. He continued to take on diverse roles in films like Raman Thediya Seethai, Pandhayam (2007), and the thriller Muthirai (2009). However, it was the ensemble sports drama Chennai 600028 by Venkat Prabhu that marked a significant breakthrough for him.
