Prasad’s production career commenced with Vasantam (2003), followed by the successful romantic comedy Donga Dongadi (2004), a Telugu remake of the Tamil film Thiruda Thirudi. He continued his streak with the family drama Aadavari Matalaku Ardhalu Verule (2007), directed by Selvaraghavan and starring Venkatesh and Trisha .

In the action genre, Prasad produced Rachcha (2012) featuring Ram Charan, and Dhruva (2016), a Telugu adaptation of the Tamil film Thani Oruvan, also starring Ram Charan. He collaborated with director A.R. Murugadoss for Spyder (2017), a bilingual thriller starring Mahesh Babu.
