Myna Nandhini, born Nandhini Rajendran on 21 May in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, is an Indian actress and television personality primarily known for her work in Tamil films and TV shows. She rose to prominence with her portrayal of Myna Revathi in Saravanan Meenatchi (Season 2) and Alabarai Myna in Chinna Thambi. Her breakthrough in cinema came with the role of Mynavathi in the horror-comedy Aranmanai 3 (2021). She also gained popularity as the runner-up of the cooking reality show Kitchen Super Star Season 3 in 2015 and as a contestant on Bigg Boss Tamil Season 6 in 2022.
Her film career includes a variety of roles in successful Tamil movies. She made her film debut with Vamsam (2010) and later appeared in popular titles like Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga (2013), Romeo Juliet (2015), Kanchana 3 (2019), Namma Veettu Pillai (2019), and Petromax (2019). Her performance in Aranmanai 3 helped establish her as a reliable supporting actress in mainstream Tamil cinema, and her role in the blockbuster Vikram (2022) further cemented her status in the industry.
Despite initially pursuing a business degree, Nandhini’s career took a different turn after graduation. She studied at Meenakshi Matriculation School in Madurai and earned a BBA from Ambiga College of Arts and Science in Anna Nagar. Acting was initially a casual pursuit for her—something she referred to as a “time killer”—but it soon turned into a full-fledged career as she began landing roles in television dramas. Her natural flair for performance and screen presence quickly made her a familiar face in Tamil households and eventually, a successful actress in the film industry.
