Mouni Roy is an famous Indian actress, dancer & singer. She was born on 28th September 1985 in Cooch Behar, West Bengal, India. Mouni Roy began her acting career in 2006 with Ekta Kapoor’s hit drama Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, where she portrayed Krishna Tulsi, opposite Pulkit Samrat and Akashdeep Saigal. Roy gained early fame by winning the first season of the dance reality show Zara Nachke Dikha. She went on to star as Shivani Sabharwal in Kasturi and later appeared in Pati Patni Aur Woh (2008). In 2010, she played Roop in Do Saheliyaan.

In 2011, Roy made her film debut with the Punjabi movie Hero Hitler in Love, but true fame came with her role as Sati in Life OK’s mythological hit Devon Ke Dev…Mahadev (2011–2014), opposite Mohit Raina.
