However, director Ali Hassan recently revealed an unexpected detail about that iconic scene during a conversation with Faridoon. The team had originally planned to film the romantic confession in the scenic landscapes of Scotland. Since they were already in Scotland for some parts of production, it seemed like the perfect dreamy backdrop for Talha and Roshi’s love story.
But writer Farhat Ishtiaq had a different vision. She insisted that the story’s emotional depth was rooted in Karachi’s environment. For her, ending the drama in the same city where the story began was more meaningful. Her instincts proved right, as the audience found it poetic that Talha declared his love at the very same place he had once turned Roshi away.
