Maha Harada gained notable attention for her screenplay Fantastic Girls (2015), a heartfelt coming-of-age story that captured the struggles and dreams of young women finding their place in the world. She continued her streak with A Speechwriter (2017), a political drama that explored truth, influence, and identity within the world of public persuasion.
