Lili Taylor is an American actress celebrated for her powerful performances in both independent and mainstream cinema. She first gained recognition with supporting roles in Mystic Pizza (1988) and Say Anything… (1989), then became a defining presence in 1990s independent film through leading roles in Bright Angel (1990), Dogfight (1991), Short Cuts and Household Saints (both 1993), The Addiction (1995), I Shot Andy Warhol and Girls Town (both 1996), Pecker (1998), and A Slipping-Down Life (1999).
Taylor has received four Independent Spirit Award nominations, winning Best Supporting Female, and has earned a Golden Globe Award along with three Primetime Emmy nominations, highlighting her talent across film and television.
