Kulwinder Billa is a well known Punjabi singer and actor. He was born on 2nd February 1984 in Mansa, Punjab, India. Kulwinder Billa will be a part of the new upcoming Indian Punjabi movie Es Jahano Door Kitte Chal Jindiye (2023). During his college time, one of his professors said that you sing really well, later he record a dummy song and share crossed phone via Bluetooth. Eventually, the song became popular and he got fame as a Bluetooth singer. In the year 2006, Kulwinder Billa also participated in the singing reality show ‘Awaaz Punjab Di’.
