Komal Meer Clears the Air on Cosmetic Surgery and Weight Gain Talk

Komal Meer Cosmetic Surgery and Weight Gain

Komal Meer, a well-known face of Pakistani dramas, has finally spoken up about the rumors going around about her looks and weight gain. The actress, who appeared in dramas like Ehd-e-Wafa, Badshah Begum, Qalandar and Ae Dil, recently appeared on a podcast. She opened up about how people keep talking about her appearance and assume she had cosmetic surgery.

Komal clearly denied getting any such treatments. “Everyone thinks I got something done, but I didn’t. I just go for facials,” she said. “I see regular people spending big money at clinics. But I swear, I haven’t done anything. People notice my cheeks but ignore my double chin,” she added with a laugh.

She also shared how people have been fat-shaming her after her recent weight gain. “I’ve only gained 6 kg for a drama role, which got delayed. I’ve always been underweight and people told me to gain weight. Now when I did, they’re trolling me.”

Komal gave a strong message to online haters: “Don’t be jealous of my weight gain. Let me live. I’ll go to the gym and tone up soon. And yes, I’ll share my diet plan too—just wait.” After her podcast, many fans and celebrities have come forward to support her, calling for kindness and respect towards public figures.
