Kim Seol-hyun (김설현) is a South Korean actress, Her also known as Seolhyun, She was born on 3rd January 1995 in Bucheon, South Korea. In 2010, Seolhyun (born Kim Seol-hyun) won the 8th Smart Model Contest (스마트 모델 선발 대회), a competition where ordinary students modeled school uniforms. During the event, several entertainment agencies scouted participants, and Seolhyun was discovered by FNC Entertainment, where she began her professional journey. Before her official debut, she appeared in the music video for F.T. Island’s hit song “Severely” from their EP Grown-Up, which gave her early exposure to the entertainment world.

On July 30, 2012, Kim Seol-hyun made her debut as a member of the girl group AOA (Ace of Angels) on Mnet’s M Countdown, performing the track “Elvis” from their debut single album Angels’ Story. The same year, she transitioned into acting, making her television debut in the hit family drama Seoyoung, My Daughter, where she played the girlfriend of Lee Jung-shin’s character.
