Keita Machida (町田 啓太) is a Japanese actor. His also known as Machida Keita. He was born on 4th July 1990 in Higashiagatsuma, Gunma, Japan. Keita Machida began his journey into the entertainment world by joining Gekidan EXILE on January 25, 2011, after successfully passing the 3rd Gekidan EXILE Audition. His charisma and talent quickly gained recognition, and in July 2011, he was announced as a candidate member for Generations from Exile Tribe, prompting him to temporarily leave Gekidan EXILE to pursue music.

However, Keita Machida career took an unexpected turn in September 2011 when he sustained a calf injury in his right leg, leading him to focus on recovery. On February 14, 2012, it was officially announced that Machida had withdrawn from being a Generations candidate and had rejoined Gekidan EXILE to fully devote himself to acting.

Since then, Machida has established a successful career as an actor, known for his strong screen presence and ability to portray a wide range of roles. On November 20, 2019, he released his first photobook titled BASIC, offering fans a deeper look into his personality and artistic side.

In 2021, he served as a torchbearer for Gunma Prefecture in the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Torch Relay held in March 2021. Later that year, he was selected as the ambassador for a special exhibition celebrating the 260th anniversary of renowned Japanese artist Katsushika Hokusai, further reflecting his rising profile and influence in Japanese culture.
