Hala Finley (born May 18, 2009) is an American actress recognized for her breakout roles in television and film from a young age. She is best known for playing Emme Burns, the precocious youngest daughter in the CBS sitcom Man with a Plan (2016–2020), and for her performance as Ojo in the Netflix superhero film We Can Be Heroes (2020). With a natural charisma and emotional range, Finley has impressed both audiences and critics, earning praise for her charm and screen presence.

Born in Gladstone, Missouri, to a Libyan mother, Somiya Finley, Hala was introduced to acting early on through her mother’s own involvement in the screen industry.
