Ghana Ali Shares Her Thoughts on Early Marriage

Ghana Ali is one of the well-known faces in the Pakistani drama industry. With her powerful acting and graceful screen presence, she has made a name for herself over the years. Recently, Ghana Ali appeared in Ahmed Ali Butt’s podcast Excuse Me where she opened up about her personal life, especially her decision to get married at an early age. Ghana said, “I have been grateful that I got settled at the right age— I believe, it’s all about fate. At 26, I felt the need for companionship and started praying for it again and again. It was my frequent prayer, and Allah granted it.”

She further explained that she never left her passion for acting behind. “I still love acting; it is my ‘Me Time’,” she shared. However, she also pointed out that in the entertainment industry, having a strong support system is important. After marriage, she felt that people started respecting her more. According to Ghana, marriage gave her strength and stability in an environment where female actors are often misunderstood or targeted.

Ghana also talked about the realities of our society and how women are expected to carry themselves a certain way. She said that her husband always advises her to be protective and careful, especially in the public eye. “If you will be reserved, people will respect you, but if you’re too open and too frank, you won’t be respected,” she quoted her husband. Ghana agreed with this mindset and added, “You can’t party or hang out with everyone. You don’t need to be available for everyone.”

Her words gave insight into how she balances her personal life with her professional career. She highlighted that maintaining morals and personal boundaries is important for a successful life in showbiz. Ghana Ali’s thoughts reflect her maturity and her belief in living a respectful and dignified life, while still chasing her dreams.
