Fraud

Fraud drama is concerned with the story of a girl named Maya, played by Saba Qamar. She belongs to a middle-class family where getting the daughters married is a big responsibility. Her father, Nisar, gives her hand in marriage to a rich man (Shujat) who owns a mansion in order to safeguard his daughter’s future. After a short time of marriage, Maya’s husband disappears. Her family files a report about that but finds out that the man they are looking for is a fraudster. He marries girls, takes all of their money, and leaves them alone. This leaves Maya heartbroken so the family moves to Lahore from Karachi. Maya starts a job at a boutique.
