Emily Piggford is a Canadian actress known for her compelling performances in both television and film. Born in Victoria, British Columbia, to an ethnic Japanese mother and a father of British heritage, Emily grew up on a farm by the sea in East Sooke. Her passion for acting sparked at the age of 11 when she first stepped onto the stage. She pursued her love for the craft by completing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting and Theatre from the University of Victoria, before moving to Toronto to further her career.
Emily is a graduate of the esteemed Canadian Film Centre’s Actors Conservatory Program and has appeared in several prominent TV and film productions. Her credits include roles in Lost Girl, The Girlfriend Experience, Hemlock Grove, and The Listener, among others.
