Dolly Bindra is an well known Punjabi Indian actress & comedian. She was born on 20th January 1970 in Mumbai, India, Actress Dolly is best known for her stint in the reality TV show ‘Bigg Boss’ season 4 (2010) and the actress Dolly Bindra will also be starring in the upcoming Indian film Gadar 2 (2023). In 1996, Dolly made her Bollywood debut as Bhagwanti in the film Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi. She has played cameo roles in various Hindi films like ‘Bichhoo’ (2000), ‘Khiladi 420’ (2000), ‘Gadar: Ek Prem Katha’ (2001), ‘Style’ (2001), and ‘Dhamaal’ (2007). She has also acted in a few Punjabi films like ‘Mini Punjab’ (2009) and ‘Kirdar-E-Sardar’ (2017).
Dolly Bindra appeared in her first Hindi TV serial, Hum Sab Ek Hain, on DD Metro in 1998 as Manjeet. Some of her other Hindi TV serials are ‘Kya Hadsaa Kya Haqeeqat’ (2002; Sony TV), ‘Kaahin Kissii Roz’ (2003; Star Plus), ‘Armanon Ka Balidaan-Aarakshan’ (2010; NDTV Imagine), and ‘Adaalat’ (2011; Sony TV). In 2010, she gained immense popularity with the reality TV show ‘Bigg Boss season 4.’ In the Bigg Boss house, she was involved in various controversial fights with her co-contestants like Shweta Tiwari, Sameer Soni, Ashmit Patel, and Veena Malik. In one of her fights with Manoj Tiwari, she said ‘Baap Par Jana Nahi’ which became very popular.
